The EyeQueue™ management system makes it easy to manage your Virtual Hold queue management solution from your desktop, not the server room. The web-based EyeQueue application combines powerful, real-time queue information with analytical reporting and a variety of queue management controls. With role-based access, EyeQueue also makes it easy to segment users and restrict access as necessary.

The QueueWatch monitoring feature is your real-time view of queues using Virtual Hold. With QueueWatch, you can see real-stats for each queue and physical T1 port, and you can also see the Virtual Hold callbacks scheduled for the next 4 hours, which is vital to great workforce management.
 
The QueueInfo reporting package complements existing ACD reports with rich detail on all calls that interact with the Virtual Hold solution. QueueInfo comes with more than 20 reports already created; customized reports are also available.
